Buddy L, like Tonka and Structo, made STURDY toys and this one is no exception. Obviously played with, but not too roughly. No rust, no dents, and only minor surface blemishes, scratches or dings from light play wear. Missing a bit of the decal on the driver door, but passenger door decal is all there.

Also missing the plastic "window" or body access panel on the driver side, and the top of the body. The sliding plastic panel is okay on the passenger side. Usually these are all missing. On some Buddy L garbage trucks, they didn't even have body side access panels.

This garbage truck toy also features a pretty unique "packer blade" that rotates to move the material inside the body, operated by the crank handle on the tailgate. As the body is raised, the tailgate swings up and away to allow for dumping of material. Pretty cool.

The Buddy L Sanitation Service truck measures 16.75" long, 6" wide, 7.25" tall. He weighs in at 4 lbs 2 oz.
