The only thing that keeps this Marx Hydraulic Dump Truck from being mint is the decal on the dump bed....the decal has a few spots of surface wear and discoloration. Otherwise, this truck is just about perfect. Hardly a scratch or a blemish anywhere....you'll have to look hard to find anything wrong.

There are a few very small spots of paint discoloration in the bottom of the bed, but very hard to see unless you hold it just right. Overall, the paint is shiny, tires are spotless, etc. Obviously never played with. Press the lever and bed pops up quickly and then slows to a stop.

I have another one of these listed (nice one, too), but this one is in another class. It's not a hard-to-find toy, but very rare to find it in this condition!
